The Circuit Clerk’s office accepts cash, money orders, credit cards and cashier’s checks in person.
Our office does not accept personal checks.

TRAFFIC TICKETS
If you received a traffic ticket and it is available to PLEA AND PAY online, you can do so at this link:
If you received more than two traffic tickets at the same time OR your ticket is marked COURT APPEARANCE REQUIRED, you must appear in person on your court date. If you are unsure if you must appear, please call our office at 618-445-2016. We are happy to help.
PHONE PAYMENTS: If you would like to pay via phone call, please call our CourtMoney service at 1-877-222-4668. The Edwards County Circuit Clerk number is 210102 for Fines and Costs payments. The Edwards County Circuit Clerk number is 210103 for Child Support Administrative Fee payments . You will also need your case number. AVAILABLE ONLY FOR CLOSED CASES.
