4th Supplement to Standing Order 2020-1 for Court Proceedings
Effective June 18, 2021, in order to most effectively comply with the Illinois Supreme Court’s General Administrative order 30370 and its modifications of 2/11/2021 and 3/8/2021, in the interest of judicial economy in Edwards County, and, due to Illinois having reached Phase 5 of its Coronavirus Mitigation Plan, all future Edwards County Circuit Court hearings will take place in-person unless prior to June 18, 2021 any such hearing was scheduled for a future Zoom hearing, or, unless authorized otherwise by the presiding judge. This 4th supplement also applies to reviews and pay-or-appear hearings.
